Coyote Hobby Shipping & Product Return Policies
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Coyote Hobby strives to maintain a "real-time" stock status of all products on our website. From time to time, a system error may occur and you may purchase an item that is out of stock. Should this occur you will be notified within 24 hours of the actual ship date. You will at this time have the opportunity to cancel your order should you choose to.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE TO COYOTE HOBBY INC: We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Coyote Hobby within 14 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. You must E-Mail us at info@coyotehobby.com explaining the problems you are having and request a return authorization number. We will then send to you a return authorization number that must be plainly visible on the outside of the shipping container or box you are returning to us. We do not accept returns without a valid return authorization number, COD or billed to Coyote Hobby in any way. Once the merchandise has arrived at Coyote Hobby as stated above we will immediately issue you a credit to the same credit card you used to purchase the item(s).
DEFECTIVE RETURNS: If the products(s) you wish to return is new and inoperable and has no apparent visible damage, it may be considered a “manufacturer defect”. The procedure on how to handle this type of return will vary, since some manufacturers insist on handling defects themselves and deal directly with you the customer. You may return defective merchandise to Coyote Hobby as long as it is in absolute new and unused condition. Products that have been used and become defective during any manufacturers warranty period must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Manufacturer defects found after the product has been used revert to the manufacturer's warranty if applicable and they will handle any problems for you directly. If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange or refund; however, we suggest that you E-Mail or call us before taking any action.
DAMAGED RETURNS: Damaged merchandise can include items that have been damaged while in shipping. If a shipment arrives to you with apparent or visible shipping damage, please either refuse delivery or fully inspect the item(s) inside the box to make sure they are in good working order. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please E-Mail us immediately. please save all the original packaging material and enclosed paperwork you recei ve with your order. This will make it much easier and quicker should you have to return any products to us or the manufacturer. Do not throw anything away!
SHIPPING INFORMATION: Currently we only ship within the continental United States using Federal Express Ground delivery. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for delivery.
